Approximate measurements from armpit to armpit are as follows:
Small - 18" so total chest measurement = 36"
Medium - 20" so total chest measurement = 40"
Large - 22" so total chest measurement = 44"
XL - 24" so total chest measurement = 48"
2XL - 26" so total chest measurement = 52"
